Très décevant nous ne recommandons pas
Nous sommes désolés mais nous n’avons pas passé de bonnes vacances la première semaine du mois de juillets 2025Car votre annonce ne précise pas que nous sommes obligés de passer par la désagréable agence immobilière Foncia (donc forcément des frais supplémentaires sont inclus )Logement enclavé entre des terrasses très bruyantes et une rue commerciale face à un restaurant donc également très bruyante Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes par 30 degrés la nuit (canicule oblige) et avec des camions frigos stationnés moteurs en marche des 5 h du matin .a noter qu’il n’y a pas de Clim mais seulement 2 ventilateurs De plus logement années 70 mal insonorisé donc cage d’escalier bruyanteAinsi bruits des voisins également En fait le seul point positif c’est la vue merEt c’est pour cela que nous avions fait ce choix Les photos étaient alléchantes mais la réalité est tout autre Telle est grande ma déception rapport au tarif Ce descriptif pour vous alerter sur à quoi il faut s’attendre .Ceci pour vous permettre de prendre la bonne décision en toute connaissance de cause Bref ne succombez pas à la vue mercar normalement c’estUn an de boulot pour se payer une semaine de vacances agréable et reposante à la mer

Un balcon sur la mer
7 jours de plein soleil.Appartement d'une surface impressionnante par rapport à l'annonce. Et surtout un grand balcon directement sur la plage et la mer. Dommage que la chambre n'ai pas été aménagée avec plus de goût et moins encombrée de meubles et canapé beaucoup trop gros.Rideau de cette chambre à remettre en état. La propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer donc décrassage obligatoire à notre arrivée. Sinon tout le reste était parfait. On retient cette adresse pour l'année prochaine.
