The Property

Your vacation rental in Le Grau du Roi: Located in the heart of the village, this apartment will be a true favorite for those who love the "everything on foot" lifestyle. Enjoy the large terrace facing the sea, perfect for spending convivial moments with family or friends. The beach is just steps away, and numerous strolls await you, all within walking distance from the "Le Mistral" residence.

The Le Mistral apartment features an open-plan American kitchen with an island counter, seamlessly connected to the living area. It’s equipped with everything you need for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is spacious, modern, and equipped with a non-convertible sofa and a TV. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and rest in one of the two warmly decorated bedrooms.

The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged:

€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
