Bien que cet appartement soit bien situé, bien équipé, il est cependant un peu étroit pour 6 adultes. L'espace coin montagne est très réduit. L'escalier est très raide et dangereux pour des enfants.Le site de sélection ne devrait pas le proposer pour 6 adultes.

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien décoré. Nombreux couchages et 2 salles d’eau appréciable car appartement en duplex. Atouts : Vue, 2 chambres à grand lit, gestionnaire efficace. Contraintes (pour personnes âgées): 3ème étage sans ascenseur, escalier allant aux chambres très étroit.

Très belle vue sur la vallée, appartement ensoleillé l'après-midi. Espace nuit bien séparé de la pièce à vivre. Equipement neuf. Résidence agréable. Arrêt de navette en bas de la résidence mais une voiture rendra les déplacements plus faciles.

Bon appart de vacances

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine au mois d'août. Propre, bien équipé, literie correcte. Belle vue du balcon pour un pti apéro ou pour manger! Venir équipé de torchons, tapis de bain, manque couteaux à viande, attention à l'escalier pour jeunes enfants. Bref, une bonne adresse pour les vacances !

Appartement neuf ,très agréable et bien agencé pour une famille avec enfants ou deux couples d'amis avec une super vue sur la montagne! Tarifs attractifs,du moins hors période scolaire. A deux pas de la station du grand bornand et 10 minutes de la Clusaz. Top!

Très bel appartement, en excellent état. Ambiance chalet de montagne très agréable. Pas de service à raclette ni à fondue, dommage pour une location de montagne. L'escalier d'accès à l'etage est très raide avec des marches très étroites, ce devrait être signalé en cas de location avec des personnes âgées. Accueil et organisation de l'agence immobilière excellents. Accueil téléphonique Poplidays moyennement aimable et bon de séjour reçu sur demande du locataire le mercredi après-midi pour le vendredi soir
