The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe

La chambre dans laquelle nous sĂ©journions Ă©tait propre cette mais avait vraiment beaucoup de moisissure aussi bien au niveau du conduit de la Clim que dans la salle de bain. Le personnel dans l’ensemble Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able aussi bien le personnel en chambre que ceux affectĂ©s au petit dĂ©jeuner, au dĂźner et certaines Ă  la rĂ©ception. Le petit dĂ©jeuner quand Ă  lui est correcte mĂȘme si les plats cuisinĂ©s (Ɠuf brouillĂ©s) sont fades, sans sel. Ce qui nous a le plus plu c’est le service et les plats que nous avons dĂ©guster lors d’un dĂźner au restaurant la cabane du pĂȘcheur les boissons sont excellentes, les plats cuisinĂ©s Ă  la perfection ; ça a Ă©tĂ© un vrai rĂ©gal de manger dans ce restaurant. Nous reviendrons dĂ©guster les plats proposĂ©s.
Un poule divin, merveilleusement tendre sans odeur de frais grillĂ© Ă  la perfection je merveilleusement suis rĂ©galĂ© c’était une extase en bouche.

La chambre loin des critĂšres Ă©voquĂ©s lors de la rĂ©servation. Pas de vue piscine, un balcon sans rĂ©elle vue sur la mer , on nous promet une terrasse oĂč bronzer, ah manque de bol, la vue est coupĂ©e par un mur. J’ai envoyĂ© 3 mails Ă  l’hĂŽtel avant d’arriver : aucune rĂ©ponse. Quand j’ai appelĂ© pour savoir si transferts ou taxi et combien prĂ©voir on m’a rĂ©pondu sĂšchement que je n’avais qu’à demander au taxi. Quand au restaurant La cabane du pĂȘcheur, le pompon du sĂ©jour, 1h45 d’attente pour avoir nos plats, c’est Ă  dire une langouste au final trop cuite. Seule personnel ayant remontĂ© le niveau: les garçons de l’animation et les dames du bar en journĂ©e, adorables.
