The staff was wonderful, kind and most helpful. Great private beach to enjoy without crowds and noise. Great location in Gosier, close to beach restaurants and food markets and wine shops.

Bar does not open through the day .On arrival couldn’t get coffee beer nothing . When the bar opens the staff are so rude I have never experienced such attitude . Pool area is like a building site .such a shame the views are beautiful but that’s the only thing going for it .Breakfast awful

Clean but not in good condition!! Only the director of the hotel was nice and kind and she showed us some pictures of new rooms that looked very nice!! Cleaning lady said there is no shampoo, conditioner shower cap and body lotion because guest were taking it so no more but next day we had everything there including bathrobes and slippers! Major renovation needed!

Convenient to other parts of Guadeloupe island 🇬🇵 that we wanted to tour. Private Beach, Pool, great view and easy access to offshire Island by Ferry ⛴ 1/4 mile away.

The place is a 2star motel at best. Rooms were old. Wooden stairs were warped and splintered. Pool has missing tiles and no pump or filter. No cushions on beach chairs, rusted chairs, water wouldn't get warm in the shower, overall a disaster. This should not be a 4 star hotel. No ice machine no iron no charging devices for usbs in the room. We actively tried to stay out of the room.

When I was booking this hotel I was baffled why some reviewers rated it excellent and others terrible. Having now been there I understand perfectly. This is an old hotel with lots of character and ambience and great, friendly service. It has a big pool and private beach with lunch restaurant as well as a restaurant and bar in the main building. We loved it. The room was very nice, But if you are looking for all the modern conveniences of a U.S. hotel and 21st century plumbing, you could be disappointed. If mobility is an issue I would stay somewhere else as there are lots of steps.

Property was decent. Towels threadbare, phone didn’t work in my room. Some hair in the bathroom, shower head was adjustable, but just slid down to be below my shoulder. Weird quirks, for fair amount of money!

Women beware: Wish I had been fearful when I saw a review of a woman three months ago saying a man tried to climb into her room. On the first night of my stay, I caught a man gawking into my room after I had just gotten out of the shower - nude. The back wall is almost entirely glass; and I could not pull down the blinds over the tub in the bathroom. The man, thin white man dressed in a white button down shirt and navy or black shorts with flip flops, lingered after it was clear I caught him. I was terrified wrapped in a towel as he just stood there for several minutes, feet away from me with the ability to easily enter the patio. It was dusk; and I was unable to get a photo of his face but did get his clothing in the photo. I watched him intensely not knowing what he would do next. As he left, he licked his mouth and tongue in a way that I have never seen before. Security came (one woman who was kind), and I was moved to a more dated room with no reimbursement. I was from the US, on a short stay, and determined to not let this (or anything) ruin my trip. I’m certain the search for this guy ended as soon as I was out of the way in a new space. As for not ruining my trip, I have spent so much time regretting not getting a better photo as it might be the only way to warn and protect other women who might be or consider being guests at this hotel. The environment (not the hotel) is beautiful, but I’m certain you can get that elsewhere with less concern of a man preying on women.

Keine Geschäfte und wenig geöffnete Restaurants in der Nähe. Teils nur mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Pool war sicher mal schön, nur schmutzig und das Umfeld war furchtbar. Baustelle, angefangene Reparaturen und sehr verdreckt und vernachlässigt. Die Poolbar war 2x in 14 Tagen geöffnet. Möglicherweise war es keine Hochsaison. Der Hotelstrand war klein und könnte sehr idyllisch sein, wenn er gepflegt und nicht von Bauzäunen und Schutt umstellt wäre. Für die Liegen gab es keine Schirme also sonnen in praller Sonne. Das Personal der gesamten Anlage war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr lustlos und machte einen genervten Eindruck. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Gebäude wirkten sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf keinen Fall hat dieses Haus 4**** verdient. In den Bäder waren schwarze Ablagerungen die sicher der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit geschuldet sind . Positiv zu bewerten war die tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum. Voller Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist sicher eine Geschmackssache, war ok aber dort fehlte die Liebe beim Anrichten des Buffetts. Leider war es dort sehr schmutzig, würde so keinem Hygienestandard standhalten. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr ordentlich hergerichtet. Insgesamt erfreuten wir uns an dem Meerblick und Dank des Mietwagens war Einkaufen und die wirklich sehenswerten Highlights, Tauch und maritime Ausflugsmöglichkeiten der Insel gut zu erreichen. Wirklich empfehlenswert ist der Zoo.

L’hôtel a du charme certes, mais très vieillissent le petit déjeuner correspond à un petit déjeuner d’un formule 1. Les chambres sont propres et agréable. Le personnel est sympathique mais en aucun cas former ou compétant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le service est très très lent et très maladroit, aucuns services pour un 4 étoiles. Très belle vue cadre paradisiaque, piscine en chantier

Établissement agréable malgré une vétusté qui mérite un rafraîchissement non négligeable . Toutes les infrastructures ne sont pas encore en service et en cour de restauration . Le tarif n est pas à la hauteur de la prestation . Le personnel reste très agréable et fait de sont mieux pour être à la hauteur .
