Location idéal

Location parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Elle est très spacieuse, bien équipée et les chambres climatisées sont dotées de lits de très grande taille. La terrasse est bien orientée par rapport au vent permettant d'être naturellement ventilé. Aussi, la location étant en hauteur, nous n'avons eu que très peu de visites de petites bêtes au mois de mars (moustiques, cafards, fourmis, etc.). la location est située à 10 minutes des premières plages en milieux "rurale" assez calme. Enfin, Muriel la propriétaire a été très accueillante. Elle nous a reçu avec un très beau panier de bienvenue et s'est rendue très disponible et réactive lorsque l'on a eu besoin d'elle. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil pour les visites. En conclusion, nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour à quatre !

Excellent accueil de Muriel et sa famille, des personnes chaleureuses et ouvertes qui ont à cœur de faire aimer leur beau "pays ". L'appartement est bien équipé ( avec tout le nécessaire et quelques provisions pour débuter le séjour ) et bien situé pour circuler dans l'ile. Nous avons apprécié ce moment de convivialité et d'échanges autour du repas préparé par Jean Paul. A recommander. Le 3 pièces est idéalement placé pour visiter les différents sites de l'Ile, en évitant les embouteillage autour de Pointe à Pitre ; ni à la plage, ni trop loin. Bien entretenu, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et spacieux. Sans parler de l'accueil des propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, et aidés à découvrir les spécialités culinaires de la Guadeloupe. Idéal pour un voyage à la découverte de la Guadeloupe.

Un excellent séjour dans une ambiance très conviviale !

Un très bel appartement spacieux et très propre bien situé pour visiter l’ ensemble de la Guadeloupe (Grande Terre, Basse Terre et les Îles). On se sent très vite comme chez soi en dégustant le ti lunch local sur la belle terrasse ! D’autant que les propriétaires, Muriel et Jean-François, nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et avaient mis à notre disposition tout le nécessaire pour débuter les vacances dans les meilleures conditions. Seule une coupure d’eau de la ville (la nuit et le petit matin) aurait pu ternir notre séjour mais là encore les propriétaires ont tout prévu. C’est vraiment très bien et à recommander sans risque !!

Séjour dépaysant et accueil des propriétaires chaleureux.

Propriété très bien située pour visiter et entreprendre des randonnées sur les deux parties de l'ile. Une petite plage familiale se trouve à 2 Kms de la maison. Grand appartement bien équipé, calme avec une terrasse couverte très appréciable. Le linge de toilette et les draps changés 2 fois par semaine sont un plus pour le séjour. La gentillesse, le sourire, la disponibilité et la convivialité de Muriel et Jean-Paul, nous ont touché. De plus, ce couple et leurs enfants restent discrets. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de ces 6 semaines de vacances. Durant notre périple dans la Guadeloupe et les iles voisines, nous avons côtoyé avec beaucoup de plaisir les autochtones, amoureux de leur terroir. Leur gaité et leur bonne humeur nous a fait du bien.

L'emplacement n'est pas top , devant une route très passante

J'avoue avoir été déçue par l'emplacement de ce logement , pas très bien exposé , nous n'avons pas profite de la terrasse . Mme Hélan a été super accueillante , ct parfait . Les photos du logement sont plus sympas que la réalité , on dira que Ca vieilli mal ... La literie était correcte .

La location est récente et particulièrement bien équipée et entretenue. Une attention particulière pour la décoration, l'accueil (frigo et placards remplis, apéritifs, ..) Nous avons été spécialement gâtés au moment des fêtes de fin d'année. Merci Muriel. La route à proximité permet de se rendre facilement sur tous les sites de Grande Terre. Merci encore pour votre accueil si chaleureux.
