This comfortable villa is located in Le François, an unquestionably ideal place to explore easily throughout the island. You can go as well in the beautiful white sandy beaches of the south as in the tropical rain forest of the north. The villa is located more precisely in the chic district of Cap Est, highly prized for its beautiful villas and picturesque landscapes. The Eastern Cape is also famous for its pretty beach of the hotel "Lagoon Resort" accessible to all. It is also an ideal place for kite surfing.
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Nice rental for extended stay

We rented this house while we waited to get settled in our own home. I felt the kitchen had most things we needed to make meals ourselves and the toaster, microwave and hot water pot were nice amenities. There was ac and storage in all the bedrooms as well as an iron and ironing board and blow dryer. There was a washing machine available which was very nice for our extended stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the ac’s were cold. The pool was a really nice feature, although small, and was maintained at least twice while we were there. The homeowner was accessible and helpful the couple times we contacted her and also put a few snacks and pantry goods in the fridge/kitchen. I would recommend this rental to any friends or family coming to visit since it’s near our own home now and in the beautiful Cap Est area.

Superbe maison cosy

Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé se baigner dans la petite piscine (bac à punch) Nous avons apprécié le calme environnant, les lits étaient très confortables, la propreté de la maison était irréprochable. Juste quelques couacs avec l’ouverture du portail électrique mais à part cela tout s’est bien passé.

Ne correspond qu'en partie à l'annonce.

Nous avions choisi cette maison malgré la toute petite piscine car une plage était signalée à 2mn. En fait, la plage se trouve environ à 900 mètres, sans stationnement, et on doit franchir un ruisseau pas propre et un enrochement pour y parvenir,donc pas simple. La propriétaire, qui est venu nous voir uniquement le jour de notre départ, nous a signalé par message devant nos questions que nous pouvions passer par la réception de l'hôtel, en consommant bien sûr.il est bien évident que si l'on avait su cela nous aurions choisi une vraie piscine. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est bien agencée. Deux chambres clim et grandes salles de bain. Le tout méritant une bonne remise à niveau (entre autre la literie ). L'environnement est un quartier huppé. L'emplacement est bon entre le nord et le sud de l'ile.

Trés bon séjour :)

Nous avons passé 12 jours tres agréables. Le gîte est très propre et tout à fait conforme aux photos, les prestations sont de qualité. Il est bien situé, calme. La propriétaire est très gentille; elle nous avait préparé de quoi manger et boire à notre arrivée (apres un long voyage, on n'a pas envie d'aller faire les courses, merci Louise !) Si vous randonnez , ne ratez pas la Montagne Pelée et la trace entre le Précheur et Grand Rivière :)

Maison très agréable à vivre

La propriétaire nous a donné les clés à l'aéroport. Nous avons donc pu récupérer la voiture de location sans être stressés et y aller à notre rythme. Nous avons trouvé la maison sans encombres. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, très facile pour aller dans le sud ou le nord de l'île. Piscine, grill et terrasse très agréable. La maison est bien concue et tous les appareils ont bien fonctionné. Propreté OK. Propriétaire très facilement joignable et très sympathique. Donc, en résumé, on ne peut qu'être content en arrivant dans cette maison.

Très agréable séjour : calme, repos et soleil!

La villa est propice au repos. Lotissement au calme. Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. La climatisation dans les deux chambres, chacune dotée de sa propre salle de bain, est un plus pour passer de douces et fraîches nuits. La terrasse avec coin repas, coin salon et hamac a été très appréciée. Quant au "bac à punch", petit lieu de pause aussi bien le matin que le soir pour se rafraîchir et se détendre! La propriétaire est très réactive et disponible (changement de bouteille de gaz solutionné dans la demi-journée). A notre arrivée, une tarte et un punch maison (un régal) nous attendaient, ainsi que le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain. De nombreuses brochures sont disponibles et les conseils de Mme Touchain nous ont permis de programmer des sorties (balade en mer avec Dimitri, habitation Ceron). Très bonne adresse!
