This country house welcomes you at the exit of the village, in a quiet environment with a view of the Pyrenees on a clear day. For your stays or business trips, you will have a private enclosed garden and 2 hectares of fields for your walks. GR86 less than 1km away. Near an agricultural shed. Close to the Pyrenees, this region offers you many opportunities for cultural or sporting discoveries, you will be 5km from the Cardeilhac arboretum forest; 9km from the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin; 10km from Lake Montréjeau (swimming, golf), Saint-Gaudens and the Via Garona hiking and cycling trail (the Way of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle); 20 minutes by car from the Auirignacian Forum Museum, the Gorges de la Save, the Lanemmezan leisure park (neighboring Hautes-Pyrénées department) and one of the French people's favorite villages, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room, kitchen, garage with laundry area and separate toilet.
