The cabin is in a lovely setting in the woods overlooking Fisk Lake. There are trails you can walk down to the lake and around the open fields. The cabin is very cozy with plenty of room and great views in every direction.

The cabin was just as described. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved watching the deer roaming around in the mornings. Took my kayak out for a few hours and caught a decent amount of bass. Cant wait to visit in the summer.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable accommodations at Grandpa's cabin. The bonfire and quiet setting were perfect, the sunrise every morning over the meadow while sitting at the bonfire were amazing. Will definitely come again!

We had the perfect fall weekend at this sweet log cabin. Our family of 7 (5 kids ages 14-4) fished, walked around the property, picked some apples from the orchard, played on the swingset in the front yard and threw some balls and roasted marshmallows in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed to make meals and the house was clean. All the views from the property were beautiful, and we would love to return one day. We definitely will recommend this to friends and family.

Absolutely loved the location! The dampness and old smell of the cabin was a bit much but this is something that’s hard to address. The beds were comfortable and the property was wonderful. Our kids ran around picking apples, looking at fish in the lake and just exploring. We did a bonfire and ate smores. It was a great place to connect.

Peaceful getaway

We came to enjoy some quiet time and to relax. Grandpa's Cabin was the perfect place for relaxing. The location and scenery was beautiful. The Cabin is within about 30 minutes to different places to visit. We went to South Haven and Saugatuck. Lake Michigan is always amazing. But just staying at the Cabin is wonderful. It was very hot outside but the air conditioning worked great.

Lovely cabin in the woods

We had a great experience with Grandpa’s Cabin. It was clean and inviting. The cabin had everything we needed to have the comforts of home, away from home. The lake was beautiful and there are row boats you can use. We forgot our fishing poles so I messaged the owner and asked if there were by chance any at the house before purchasing a few for the trip and she ran some over for us to use. Only about 20 minutes from South Haven. Would recommend.

What a beautiful cabin in a quiet, private setting! Our family of 6 really enjoyed our time at Grandpa’s Cabin - close enough to beaches, dining & entertainment to make for a fun time & secluded enough to have a place to unplug & unwind without worrying about the neighbors. Our kids 16 really enjoyed the private lake as well! Clean, nicely appointed- would definitely recommend.

Remote and quiet

This property was super gorgeous outside with a giant field of wildflowers between the cabin and the lake. It was very clean for an old log cabin. I hate spiders and I was a little nervous about the doors not shutting that great when people were coming in and out. I only saw one spider the whole time and it was outside. Overall, the beds were comfy, the appliances were new and modern, and the AC was cold. The lake on the property no doubt had some bass, but I didn't fish while I was there ! I highly recommend if you are looking to just be away.

Me and 6 other guys stayed here for a weekend while we fished and golfed. House was perfect for us had a nice backyard to play some yard games. The amount of space was truly amazing.

Great weekend get away

Our family of five with two young kids enjoyed our stay. Great get away, well stocked, and beautiful property. Loved the playground and walking down to the lake. Cabin is beautiful. Great location to get to Lake Michigan. Only recommendation would be to get a motion detected flood light outside; the one that shone was a little bright for those staying in the loft. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Just the getaway we needed

Excellent property and just what we needed. The place was well stocked with supplies. The washer and dryer was a great addition. The boats and lake were amazing and we had a great time fishing. And we day tripped to South Haven (20 min) and Saugatuck (45 min). Near Paw Paw and other great restaurants so we always had good options for eating I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Vacation with Grandson

This was the perfect place for us and our 10 yr old grandson. He had his own private loft and could be on his own. Beautiful property with fishing lake that we spent many hours on. The row boat was great as we could move around on the lake to try different spots to catch fish. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials plus the little things we didn’t think about. We enjoyed so much it will be on our list to come back.

Perfect cabin in the woods!!

The most quaint and relaxing cabin in the woods. So easy to unwind here. No frills but they keep the basics stocked! Beds are super comfy. Loved the wildlife to watch out by the lake, deer grazing every morning. Great spot to slow time down and just enjoy the little things.
