Ground Floor: Living room with air conditioning, kitchen, small dining area, bedroom with 180 cm bed and en-suite shower room (no air conditioning), additional shower room with toilet.
First Floor: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room (no air conditioning).
Annex: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room and toilet (no air conditioning), small shower cabin (less than 1.80 m in height).
Air conditioning in the living room ONLY.
The 9x4 meter pool has a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.60 m, with stairs across the width (no security system for the pool). The living room is air-conditioned, and a gas barbecue is available for outdoor meals. The property, surrounded by vineyards and nature, is fenced with a wrought iron gate to ensure privacy and security.
