Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment (2 x Queen/Double + Single Bed split over two levels, with bathroom on second level. Single bed was on ground level). Well equiped and very spacious, with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had informed the hotel we were arriving late in the event and they were wondeful at ensuring our apartment was well lit and the heater was on ready for us. Easy walk into main street. Would highly recommend for families.

As always, a great place to stay, the rooms a spacious and well furnished, everything is clean and tidy. The property is an easy walk to the centre of the city and there are some nice restaurants just down the road as well as plenty of off street parking for those with a car.

Living area good size and reasonable standard. Loved the windows that overlook Launceston. A toaster would have been great. The shower mouldy and bathroom smells of mould and sink leaks on floor. Bed uncomfortable. Is in a great location for walking into town.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear people walking and talking on room above ours. Little to no privacy. The bathroom sink was bad. The bathroom was simply put below standard. The sink was leaking, the plastic seat on the toilet was peeling off. And the entrance of the suite smelled like chemistry lab. I am also sure that the room advertised on Expedia was not what we got. Bit of false and misleading advertising. Will definitely not recommend it.
