Beautiful Mountain Views
Spacious, renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with beautiful mountain views located in Prospect Vale, Launceston, Tasmania. The space Step inside our tastefully renovated home, where quality furnishings and modern amenities await you. With three cozy bedrooms, ample living space, and a well-equipped kitchen, This property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to five people. This property has stunning mountain views and a huge backyard for the kids to play in. Located a quick 7 minute drive to Launceston city. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. The garage is locked and not for guest use.
No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this.
A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.
Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50.
If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
Stripe processing fee will be deducted if the guest requests a refund.
