Enjoy your stay at Club Wyndham Grand Desert in this 565 square foot room complete with a King size bed in the master bedroom, and a cozy Queen Sleeper Sofa comfortable for children including a kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

This one bedroom deluxe is ornately designed with extravagance and propriety to suit your tastes.

Relaxing Stay for a Business Trip

I've wanted to stay at this property for some time and I am so glad I finally booked it! The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. I did have to ask them to touch up the bathtub as my 2 year old would be sitting in it, but they came up very quickly and cleaned thoroughly! They are doing renovations, so we asked to stay away from the banging, and I'm glad we did, although that put us in a non-updated room. I'll be interested to stay again in the future. I dropped a star because when I originally booked this, I called and confirmed that "deluxe suite" meant I would get the room with the jetted tub connected to the master. When I arrived, the owner (not the hotel) was very rude and dismissive and told me I did not book the deluxe suite. I even sent him a screen shot of my booking confirmation and he said if he could reach the owner he would get back to me. Of course, he never called back. Then they got on VRBO and took all of the photos reflecting that upgraded room off, basically the next day. Bad customer service is the only thing that made this place undesirable. He told me I didn't pay for the upgraded room, when in fact my reservation confirmed that, even VRBO did!! I didn't appreciate the bait and switch! Other than that, it was a great stay- I just might book through someone else next time.

I was quite shocked to have been booked in a 3 bedroom suite. It was very appreciated. The location was close to the strip with a convenient shuttle and plenty of amenities. A downside was the suite being on the side of the building near the strip and a major road, there was a lot of noise. It was loud at night. This was our first stay at the Club Wyndham and our first booking through Vrbo. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location, property

The location for this timeshare property is perfect- 1/2 mile from the strip. There’s a shuttle but we didn’t use it. I was impressed with how quiet it was, and while the property is well-lit, the curtains are good so it’s nice and dark in your room. Next year when the Formula One racetrack opens across the street it might not be so quiet though! Property was clean, pools were nice and had a lifeguard on duty, but were shady in the afternoon. No hard sells on the timeshare. We did not eat at the cafe but it didn’t look very attractive. I appreciated that it was all non-smoking and no gambling on site. My only complaint was the before checking in I got a text message informing me to say I had booked directly with a time share owner, and if we said we booked “on any other site” (presumably VRBO?) and they cancelled our stay we would not get a refund. I do not lie, and am very bad at it if I try, so I was uncomfortable with this and it seemed like a questionable practice. Luckily no one asked, but that request added some stress to the check in process.

Working Vacation

We had never stayed here before but come to Vegas for work 5 or more times a year - we loved staying here, very quiet and felt safe even though the surrounding area was iffy. The Timeshare management was very responsive when we had a little issue with the refrigerator and they took care of it right away. The unit we stayed in was super comfortable - bed was great, living room was great. Next time we would stay in a larger until with a full size kitchen. I didn't give it 5 stars in every category only because our unit was pretty worn and dated BUT it was clean and comfortable so we will still stay here again.

Will definitely book again

Great host, great location, perfect suite for 3-4 people. Host was extremely helpful and pleasant to book with. Check in was easy and fast, staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. Quick ride share/ taxi ride to strip or can take a shuttle for free from hotel to strip. Would definitely recommend staying here. I’ll be most likely stay here again my next trip to Vegas
