Not a Villa, bare minimum maintenance, do not book this unit

We arrived to a standard 3 bed/2 bath house where they converted the garage to another bedroom. It is not a Villa (that is marketing). You are 5-6 miles west of the strip towards the end (Palace Station Area). The reviews to get a 10/10 have to be from friends and family and faked. We arrived to a very, very dated unit, the closet doors were all off the tracks and and the pool was not clean. The bathroom showers were non-functional (master without any hot water and guest with the knob missing to adjust the temperature.) Each room had two bath towels (no hand towels, no face towels). The kitchen is not well appointed at all so bring everything you will need to cook and serve. The fridge had to be cleaned upon arrival and the interior furniture was dry rooted where one chair collapsed beneath a 122 pound family member leaving her on the floor. We noticed the bug traps all over the unit and they were necessary (yes, even roaches). We were traveling with a (Premier host) and (Diamond host) that was appalled at the condition of the unit.

Wonderful

The owners were wonderful and responded quickly to all of our needs. They kept open communication with us and provided us with a safe and homey space to live in while our house was being rebuilt after an unfortunate fire. Thank you Odelya for your help during this rough time with my family.

Cute, Clean and Convenient

We stayed at this lovely home for over a month this summer and couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay. The host was so easy to communicate with from the initial booking and throughout our stay. This intimate, but spacious home is updated and decorated nicely. It was also well lit inside and outside including plenty of natural light. The house was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers had good pressure. The family friendly neighborhood was very quite during the day and night. The backyard is spacious and private (for us and our pets) and the whole family really enjoyed the pool on a daily basis. Lastly, the home is well stocked and very conveniently located near the action with the strip skyline even visible from the home. There’s also a Starbucks, Dutch Bros, ChicFila, In and Out and many, many more dining options very close by. We will definitely rebook this property on our next trip!

Safe, quiet, excellent location

The whole process was amazing working with this VRBO. We needed a place to call home while we were moving into the Las Vegas area and this checked all the boxes. The locations were very large, enough to easily accommodate a family or additional travelers. All appliances and anything else you could need to make this a temporary home or vacation spot. We had no issues of any kind. The people of Las Vegas are very kind and amazing! We will never forget the hospitality and professionalism we experienced. Thank you so very much!

Great Accomodations - Central to Hockey Rinks

We played in an old timers hockey tournament and several guys stayed at the house. It was super clean - impecable response by the caring owners - Fortunately everything was super smooth. They were so kind to drop us a text message to see if we needed anything = 5* service!! We will definitely return for our next tournament in February. Leif L

Great place by the strip

Location is good because it’s pretty close to everything. The host was very quick and responsive anytime we needed something. And the place was very clean when we arrived.
