Experience luxury in our 4-bed, 2-level home with a heated pool, 2 living rooms, and modern backyard to accommodate 8 guests! Outdoor dining/seating, 4-car parking, 15 mins to the Strip & 10 mins to the airport! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, board games, and an outdoor BBQ Grill! A welcome basket greets you as you walk in the door to enjoy your luxury resort style vacation! Thoughtfully designed spaces to make you feel at home and comfortable! Everything is cleaned & disinfected before your stay. Extra pillows, blankets and towels are provided!

Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, respecting the tranquility of our neighbors and fellow guests. No loud music in backyard. Please keep it at a reasonable volume.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. If more guests arrive at the home than on the reservation or a party is being held, we will evict the party immediately. We are ok with friends/family coming to visit you at the home so long as its not an excessive amount of people. Send us a message to confirm please.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. If smoking evidence is found on the property we will have to charge a fee.

No Pets:
We have a strict no-pets policy. Please do not bring any animals onto the property.

Pool Rules:
No children are allowed to be in the pool unsupervised. Swim at your own risk. Our outdoor pool is not gated. We charge an additional fee for pool heating please message me for details.

Vomit:
For any vomit in the home, there will be a cleaning fee of $500 or more. Please let us know if this occurs.

NO confetti, glitter or hanging decorations allowed in or outside of the home.

The pictures don't do the house justice. It is an amazing home with enough room to host 4 couples for a long weekend or longer. The home is immaculate and well appointed. Even though it is close to a sometimes busy road and it could get a little noisy, the privacy wall helps keep that to a minimum. The traffic sounds never impacted our ability to have conversations outside or impact any of our inside activities to include sleep. The location is very convenient to local shopping and restaurants as well as not being too far from the airport of the "Strip". Highly recommend it for a family or group getaway.

Perfect Family Spot

This house was perfect for two teens, two parents and grandma. Our trip was focused on hiking and outdoors, so the pool at the end of the day was great. And our host provided everything we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, snacks, and a few drinks.

Wonderful Stay in Gorgeous Home

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We found everything we needed in the home and especially loved the number of extra bath towels. We found the neighborhood to be quiet with lots of nearby shopping while only a short uber ride to the strip. Kelly was fantastic at communication and addressed all of our questions quickly. We liked that we could use the garage for our car to keep it out of the desert sun. We would definitely stay here again!

Great peaceful property

This property is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. The host Kelly went above and beyond my expectations. She was even kind enough to leave a gift basket upon arrival as well as deliver a b'day gift during my stay. I will definitely book with these host again and again.
