This 850 sqft luxury condo unit is located in one of three MGM Towers on the 14th floor, with covered path directly connecting to the inside of MGM Grand. High speed WiFi independently supported by Cox. A walking distance to variety of restaurants and entertainment venues. A kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a full set of silvers. A grocery store nearby. A master bedroom with a full set of linens. The main bathroom with a full set of towels. A half-bathroom, a dining room, and a living room with balcony. The balcony is overlooking a golf field with a side view toward strip. No resort fees or taxes.
