2 story 3 bed 2.5 bath immaculate must see home! 2 car garage, newly remodeled downstairs 1/2 bath. 3 sets of French doors to sparking in-ground pool, spa and rock water fall. Upgraded hardwood flooring in formal dining and family. 2 way fireplace in living and kitchen.. Bar area. Kitchen with upgraded granite counters and custom white cabinetry and HUGE island. Primary bedrooms has high ceiling with walk in closet. Primary bath has separate jetted tub/shower and dual sinks, Vaulted ceilings in formal front living room and pot shelves. Plantation shutters. Large secondary bedrooms. Pool re-plastered 2019. New upstairs AC 2018. New water heater 2017. No hoa in this home near Summerlin!! Won't last long at this price.
