Staying at this LV, NV house was wonderful. Pool and hottub setup worked well. The pickleball court is very, very good with paddles and balls. Big kitchen, lotsa places to dine together indoors and out. Good parking, home conveniently located for downtown activities, beds very comfy, worked well for 8 close friends but could hold up to 12 comfortably. Highly recommend for families or 3-4 couples or a bunch of guy or gal friends. House is a very good 'hang'. Would certainly stay again.

Would be 5/5 if it were closer to Fremont and the Strip. But perfect if you want a luxurious house with a great pool in a quiet neighborhood. The host is fantastic and very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing family experience

My husband retired after 20 years in the Air Force last week and we chose this house to host a large number of the family that came to town to celebrate (we live in town.) It could not have been better. It was impeccably clean and all set up and organized to host lots of guests of all ages. The pool and pickleball were a huge hit as was the game room. It was stocked and outfitted with everything you’d need (the double ovens were clutch for us.) Could not be happier with our stay.

Amazing!

I rented the house for the weekend for my kids and grandkids. Everyone loved the house. Especially the game room! Only downside was not being able to use the pool because of the weather. Definitely hope to come back in the summertime.
