Licensed Vacation Rental located about 5 Mins from the Las Vegas Strip. Our

home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 7 Beds. The backyard has a beautiful

Pool, Wood Fire pit & Stainless Steel BBQ under a covered patio. This home

perfect for families, Business trips or someone looking to have a relaxing

getaway.



The space



This House is equipped with pots, pans, small/large kitchen appliances and all

the cooking utensils you could need. This home sleeps 8 people as there is one

Queen bed in each room. The Master Bedroom features a beautiful en suite full

bathroom with shower. The 3 guestrooms share a detached bathroom. A large

backyard that has a Pool, Wood fire-pit and BBQ area.

Please note: There is an exterior camera available on the right top corner of

the house and on the right siding on the front door facing the street.

HOT TUB SAFETY RULES



\- Shower with soap and water before you come in



\- Enter and exit the hot tub slowly



\- No jumping or diving



\- Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub



\- Do not use alcohol, narcotics, or medications



\- Elderly persons but consult a doctor before use



\- Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use



\- Children must be supervised by an adult



\- Do not enter if temperature is over 104 Degrees Fahrenheit



\- Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry



\- Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any

serious illness should consult a doctor before entering hot tub



\- Do not use soaps or oils in spa
