We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and comfortable, neighborhood quiet and safe, and the location was perfect. Great restaurants, shopping, groceries, and casinos within 10 minutes, strip and airport within 20!

The home was a wonderful base for our Vegas trip. Communication was great. The home was so clean and comfortable. Quick pick up site for Ubering onto the strip.

Great midpoint between Vegas and Boulder City. Easy access to major roadways, grocers and eating/drinking establishments within 5 minutes drive. Older, quiet neighborhood. House was great for our 1 week stay with our medium dog. Back yard fenced and was good for some playtime and there are several good dog parks with shade in the area as well. Indoor and outdoor shaded eating/seating.House was secure and had essentials with large fridge if you plan on cooking. Easily accommodates 4 adults comfortably, 6 would feel a bit crowded in common area I think, unless other two are children. Bedrooms are roomy. All beds are spring mattresses, none were firm. So if you need firm, I'd check with host on options. Great water pressure. Toilets were ADA height in bedroom en suite and main seemed to be a comfort height, which is 1" taller than a standard height. This may be challenging for smaller children.Overall we enjoyed our time here, host communicated well. We would stay here again.

House was perfect for what we needed. Not knowing the area we wish we could have been a little closer to family but it worked out. House was cozy, clean and our dogs liked the back yard. Thank you Janie for sharing your home, it had everything we needed.

Great location for us

We needed a home near the Spartan race site and this was perfect. The downtown water district is very close and nice walkable street. Target, albertsons …any store you might need close by. Nice fenced backyard. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect size for our group of 6 adults and one child.

Wonderful Stay

My wife, daughter, grandson, and I were here for a brief time for the wedding of my other daughter. This was ideal for us as it has four nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rest of the house is nice and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The location turned out to be great for us, being only about two miles from our daughter's home. Beyond that, the location is good as the house is only about two blocks away—walking distance—from the Water Street District, where you can find many nice restaurants. Communication with the property owner was wonderful also. My inquiries were responded to promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for our needs!

We were about 20 minute drive from the LVCC which meant it was easy to get away frim the city fir a break. The house was clean & spacious and laundry room was a bonus.

Raider Victory, Vacation Victory!

Very convenient location! We were able to walk to restaurant and entertainment spot. Home was clean and comfortable, while air conditioning was very welcomed. We felt relaxed and at ease. In the morning, a quick walk and a great breakfast place welcomed us with great food! We enjoyed our stay and I recommend Janie and her home as a place to lay your head while in red hot Vegas!

perfect for the occasion

We were in the area to attend a dog agility trial in Boulder City. The house was in a great location, close to the show site, and shopping and restaurants. The bedrooms were a good size, especially the master, and bathrooms were nicely appointed as well. The yard was perfect for our dogs. Very nice overall even though the neighborhood needed work

Nice location

The house was clean. It was pretty well stocked. It worked well for our week competition stay. Older home with a lot of remodeled features. Close to stores, etc. Just enough space for 7 or 8 family or friends. It's a good VRBO Rental.

small adjustments could make a big difference

We all were comfortable and it was a convenient location for our need. My comment is always that there could be a few robe or clothing hooks in the bathroom. The main bathroom needs safety treads for a bathmat for the shower/tub. Also, when 5 people are sharing 1 bath, additional mirrors in the bedrooms would help. The pet deposit was excessive and part should be refundable.
