Fully equipped marble kitchen, dining room with 6x3 ft large dining table, and adorable backyard patio with small garden area. Eclectic living room with ample seating has mounted TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Dog park, pool, and gym all within the community. Golf course, YMCA, and large park directly across the street. Shopping, grocery, hiking, hospital, and restaurants nearby.
