Cozy Apartment w/balcony and many amenities
If you're looking for some peace and serenity, this location is close to everything yet tucked in the Black Mountain area of Henderson. 20 minutes from the strip. There are so many hiking/biking trails, a bird sanctuary, beautiful parks and you are a 15 minute drive from Hoover dam with spectacular views of Lake Mead. There is high speed internet and cable. Valet trash. 24/7 Pool & Hot tub. Gym. Several outdoor areas to gather for cooking or hanging out. Washer/Dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Smoking allowed on the balcony. This is a quiet gated community. All the comforts of home welcome you to Nevada. I prefer long term rentals but am flexible. Ideally for someone perhaps looking to relocate or in town for prolonged business. Longer stays can result in lower nightly rate.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
