What was once a fun Strip location has become run down. We had a light fixture in our room that was missing. Just a hole in the ceiling and a switch that did nothing. It left that part of the room dark. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. You did not have to scan a key card to use the elevator to the rooms. The displays in most of the elevators were not working. There was some sort of spill and they put a floor fan in our hallway. They left it there running for 3 days. Overall, it was disappointing in the low level of quality in the property. It is like they have stopped doing maintenance because they are getting ready to close.

The check in and check out process was super easy! I love the location of this hotel! I will say the pool has absolutely NO (free) shade so be mindful in the warmer months.

I had high hopes for Hotel Paris, but our recent stay was nothing short of a disaster. The room we were assigned was in unacceptable condition from the moment we walked in. The bed linens had visible holes in them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one in Las Vegas. The towels, which should have been freshly laundered, were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. The mini fridge was disgusting - caked with old yogurt residue that hadn't been cleaned between guests, making it unusable for storing our food and drinks. Perhaps most frustrating of all, the bathroom shower was literally sealed off with blue tape and plastic sheeting, making it completely unusable. This is something that should have been disclosed at booking or at minimum during check-in, as it severely impacted our ability to use the room we paid for. When we contacted housekeeping about the filthy fridge, the cleaning staff member barged into our room without asking permission or waiting for us to grant entry. Her idea of "cleaning" the fridge was to touch the food stains with her finger - that's it. This unprofessional behavior was both intrusive and ineffective. The prices at Hotel Paris are far too high for this abysmal level of service and accommodation quality. For what we paid, guests have every right to expect basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and respectful staff interactions. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of even the most modest expectations.

We stayed in the Bordeaux Tower. Please do not book. Room in terrible shape. Room had popcorn like debris all over carpet and along baseboards, window outside and in very dirty, mirror on the console door dirty/stained, top of the dresser drawer covered in layer of dust, one bed was covered in unknown brown flecks, sheet had large gray stain, found an eyelash extension on the bed, wall vent covered in layer of dust, wallpaper and baseboards severely scuffed, chunk of wallpaper missing above tub sink, marks all over walls. Bed boxspring cover had huge visible tears. AC panel had sticky substance on it that I unknowingly touched. Not only is the room showing its age and lack of upkeep, but also that the housekeepers are not cleaning the room. I gave 2 stars because the rest of the hotel look in good condition, ie; lobby, general hotel area and restaurants. This is sad to me because it gives false impressions. Looks good on the outside but inside a different story. The video of me wiping the vent with a cutip for some reason does not pull up in my photos. This is my second time staying at The Paris and I loved it again. I plan on returning to Las Vegas next year with some friends and The Paris is the only place I want to stay.
