I’m really disappointed with my stay here I gave it one stars because I had a cold shower and when I walked in there was crumbs on the floor. I was offered a $50 credit which I just don’t think suffices.

The room and hotel were great. The only issue I had was with the hot water, it was not consistent throughout the stay, sometimes I had to wait a few hours to shower for it to be hot again.

The line to check in to the room was about an hour long. Valet took forever to get my vehicle each time I would request it. I had to self park because the waiting time was beyond ridiculous. On my last night there, the padlock battery apparently died and they made me wait about an hour and 39 min to get maintenance up there to fix it. I called twice to the front desk and I kept getting told that they were en route. They really sent security and he was beyond rude and demanded my ID and held on to it as if I was a criminal. Security basically went up there to tell me what I already knew, the padlock was dead. He stood there annoyed by the situation. At around midnight, maintenance came and just to be clear he was super nice and apologetic. He let me in my room quickly and the security officer still stood there with his rude remarks. I will never go and stay at the Paris hotel again! The front staff never even apologized or offered anything to accommodate the situation.

The room was good, beds comfy, and the ventlation and tempature ontrols were great, however, the towels were like sandpaper. My biggest complaint and its not room related, the Ventlation in the Casino is horrible. The most cigarette smoke smelling Casino on the strip for sure. Totally a show stopper for a return visit from me.
