I normally don't write negative reviews but felt this needed to be shared - We booked this house for Thanksgiving week as we were visiting family who lives in the southwest part of Vegas so this location was ideal. The location of the home is great, close to shopping & fast food yet it felt it's on it's own secluded little block and the yard was amazing. We specifically chose this home due to the double ovens as we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner and would be cooking/baking all day. When we arrived, we could see that the home needed some refreshing as the paint on the walls and trim was very worn/dirty. The wallpaper in the primary bedroom is peeling off in several locations and there was a large, stained mattress standing up in the primary closet taking half the space. We also found a bag from a marijuana dispensary that was left behind from a previous guest in one of the guest bedrooms (in a visible space, not sure how it was missed). Aside from all of these areas of concern, the worst part was that the double oven didn't work. We contacted the owner of the home who clearly didn't know how to operate it as she "sent the photo to someone else to see if they know how to help." Ultimately, the response from the owner was a text saying "Yes I see this is very strange". When I relayed all of this to the owner, she simply asked how often we come to Vegas and to contact her the next time so she could "personally take care of my family". I would never stay here again.

The Property was as beautiful as pictured! The yard and pool area are amazing for both pets and kids. Great Outdoor kitchen! Indoors were wonderful. The kitchen had plenty of spice, pots and pans. The two Masters were large, bathrooms had plenty of hot water and were beautiful. Would recommend this home for families, or older adults and basically anyone. Loved the Pacman and the Pool table. The manager was very responsive to questions.

House and host were equally awesome. The amenities and back yard made it seem like our own personal resort. Very close to shopping and dining options and a short distance from the strip. It was a nice peaceful change of pace from the craziness of downtown. The host was always accessible within minutes and very flexible. We will surely be back!

We had 8 friends/family members visit the house and it had activities for people of all ages. The pool table and foosball table were super fun as well as the swingset outback. It gives you an oasis from the strip, as it’s very quiet. The host was absolutely amazing and help helped the whole time.

Family Reunion

This property exceeded our expectations! We had several SR. family members and needed a place that was comfortable and easily accessible. This fit the bill. Great home for a large group. Plenty of seating and room for all. Great backyard. All was clean and up to date. Quick responsive host. Easy access from freeway. We will definitely be back!

Great location just off strip and large yard

The family really enjoyed our stay. It's very easy to drive to the Strip and there is a Starbucks right nearby! The house is large and has many fun games to play. The backyard is perfect if you have pets since it is fenced in by walls going all the way around. They even have space in the back for horses. Our dogs loved it
