House has a lot of room and a lot of beds. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. We didn't see top sheets so I hope the comforters are washed. One bathroom did not have soap or body wash in the shower. We found a bug in one bedroom but otherwise clean. Games and nice outdoor space.

This house was absolutely incredible. Management was extremely kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with (including all the little details like washer and dryer, how to turn on the lights, how to use the A/C, etc.). Pickleball court is legendary Totally recommend!

This house was incredible for our large group. Lots of amenities with a large living space. Plenty of things to do at the house together. Everything was communicated well in advance, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the house was a little warm since the AC couldn't go past a certain temperature, but we were able to manage! Thanks for all of the great memories and being such a great host!

The property was large enough for our group of 22. We enjoyed all of the listed amenities with the exception of the volleyball court (the frame that holds the net was bent) and the putting green (the turf was worn and had debris all over it). The home does not cool under 74 degrees, so beware if you’re an arctic polar bear like me who enjoys a 68-70 range. The best part of the property was definitely the host. She was attentive and accommodating, and answered all of our questions without any delay. Thank you!

Amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful host. Perfect for our family trip! Lots of space and things to keep kids busy! Loved the pool, foosball and ping pong table! Would definitely stay again!

Great house great location

I had a great time staying at the vip villa. The home and property are amazing, its huge. I just wish it wasnt so hot when we visited we could of enjoyed the outdoor amenities more. The host was very attentive and took care of any problems we encountered, nothing major. The home is very secure and in a great location which was ideal when traveling with a large group. I will definetly go back again.

Great Getaway

Lots to do on the property. The space is fun for adult couples or families with children. The proximity to the Strip is pretty nice, too. The only downside was the pretty pool and the bubbling whirlpool were both too cool to enjoy given the time we chose to visit. But again, there were lots of other fun things to do.

Everyone loved the house

I walked around the house and property and was beyond happy. There was something for everyone to do activity wise, foosball, ping pong, horse tournaments, etc. The grill was so nice to use. It’s just so big and open, no one can feel cramped. The rose bushes in the front and back of the house are beautiful!! I would sit in the backyard in the mornings, could barely hear a rooster somewhere far away, it was awesome! Also would see hummingbirds visiting. It’s a little bit of a drive to the strip, but none of us cared with an amazing house. Even seeing the names of the family that left their mark back in ‘82 brought a smile to everyone. If we come back to Vegas for our next family get together, we’re booking here again and again. I had asked a few questions before the trip and the host was always responsive.

Bachelor Party

Overall, the stay was great. We had 18 people and everyone was able to have a bed. With that said most people were sharing a bed, so keep that in mind if you are going off the 22 people number on the listing. Also note, the small little pool is just that - a small little pool, not a hot tub. Other than that, the place was great and we really enjoyed all the space to play games!

Spring break 2025

Spacious home. Backyard with bb court / pickle ball was useful. Nice patio. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to main attractions in Vegas. I would recommend it to families and groups. I would return with no hesitation.

Good experience!

This property is massive, and comes with lots of outdoor amenities. While the weather didn't allow for a lot of outdoor time (and the pools were not heated for the season), we found the property to be perfect for our housing and meetings. The host is very accessible and very accommodating. We will certainly hope to utilized this property when in las Vegas again!
