Modern, bright and airy beachfront penthouse with custom contemporary decor in a gated complex. Located on serene Punta Popy Beach, in the heart of Las Terrenas, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, night life, shops and mini-markets. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each located on a separate floor. Lower Balcony has open-air dining table w/6 chairs, upper terrace has sun-loungers, casual seating, wet bar. Fully equipped, modern kitchen w/gas stove & oven. Washer, dryer, clothes rack and detergent supplied on 3rd floor terrace. Microwave, coffee-maker, teapot, toaster and blender supplied. Drinking water supplied in 5 gallon jugs. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and wall-safe. 2nd bedroom has king-size pillow-top mattress, dresser and luggage stand. Loft over master bedroom has 2 twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans, the 2 bedrooms have remote controlled AC units.

Great place in Las Terrenas
This spacious and well-kept appartment is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the small town of Las Terrenas, but still with a broad choice of restaurants on walking distance. More than sufficient parking space and two decent sized pools to hang out if you’re tired of the many excursion options, or the appartment’s terraces.

Beautiful view
This property is steps away from the beach and has a beautiful view from both balconies. Great spot to enjoy your coffee or drinks. There are little bars and restaurants with walking and property is mins to town to get groceries and enjoy some great restaurants. Beach is beautiful and you can find busy or quiet spot as desired.
Check-in was smooth, PM asst was already waiting on my arrival at agreed upon time. Parking is gated. Unit is great, located at the front on the complex. Has all you need you enjoy your vacation or even a longer stay, dishwasher, and washer/dryer even. One thing to note there are many stairs and they are a bit steep. To acess the loft it is more a wide safe ladder versus stairs so know if you have younger children. Overall a great place. I will return.
