Exquisite might be a stretch
- The listing needs to be updated. There was two different prices for electricity posted and a third price was given in a message from the host.- We arrived shortly after the posted check-in time and the cleaners were still there and the gardener was making a mess in the yard.Communication with the host was off putting. He wanted us to meet him at a bank and I assume follow him to the property. It wasn't our first time to the area, so we knew our way around and knew where the property was beforehand. We told the host this, but i guess it was lost in translation. Wasn't a good first impression. - The community is gated, but after hours there is no security, thus no one to open the gate to get your vehicle in or out.- The condo was nice, there needs to be a little bit of TLC, there were a few places that paint was chipping or pealing off the wall. You can also tell where pictures or decorations were once hung and now missing. Toilet seat needs fixed.- There were bottles in the bathroom for soap, shampoo, conditioner, but were empty. Are they just for decorations?- There is a coffee pot in the kitchen but there was no coffee or any extras except for things a prior guest must have left. There was plenty of drinking water provided.- The location is nice, walking distance to the beach, colmado, and various restaurants
