Just starting one night before getting on the road again. Staff was super nice, decent coffee in the lobby and location was right next the interstate. The bed was not comfortable for my husband or me. The room did the job.

This hotel didnt have breakfast. The toilet in my room wouldn't flush- the handle wouldnt move- so i had to lift the top of the tank off each time to flush the toilet. My shower in the morning would not get hot. They had shampoo but no conditioner. The bed was not great and the pillows were so hard.

I stayed here for Cheyenne frontier days and I enjoyed my Stay very much super clean, comfortable beds and extremely fair price newly renovated. I’ll see you guys next year.

Curtains were not in good repair. The toilet handle was broken and we sometimes had to lift the tank lid off to flush. The bed/mattress was old. I was suprised to see that they didn’t use bedbug protection on the mattress. There was an old tattered sofa in the room, not sure who would sit on it. We were not impressed with the placed.

Check in was easy and the staff friendly, but the room was not great. There are no elevators, the toilet was broken, there was a tissue stuffed in the door eyehole, which totally creeped me out. The chain lock was missing from the door and someone had left a juice jug with water in it in the mini fridge. It made me wonder if they even cleaned the room. I didn’t notice most of this until after I brought in three loads of stuff upstairs, and after having driven all day so I was too exhausted to change hotels and they already said they didn’t have anything else available when I asked for a downstairs room due to not having an elevator. Luckily I brought my own door alarm, so I felt slightly safe, but definitely would not stay here again.

Most comfortable bed we stayed in for our entire trip. The outside of the hotel looked run down, especially compared to the pictures but the room was nice and clean.
