Stone lovers, come and discover this charming fully renovated house located near the port of Lanildut.

Upon entering the house, you arrive in the entrance hall that leads to the different rooms on the ground floor. This entrance sets the tone for the house: a mix of modernity and old-world charm. You then access the large living area with its old stones around the stove, wooden beams, a comfortable lounge, and dining area. A lovely kitchen full of charm is also open to this living room, where you will find everything necessary to cook in all seasons. From the kitchen, you can again access the entrance hall, which also serves an independent WC and a utility room with a sink and a washer-dryer.



The night space is located on the upper floors, which you will access via a lovely suspended staircase (not suitable for young children). On the 1st floor, you will find a lovely bedroom with a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed in 160x200. The bathroom attached to this room is equipped with a large shower and a large washbasin. The 2nd bedroom on this floor is a master suite: a large queen-size bed of 160x200 as well as a shower and a washbasin make up this comfortable room. You will also find a second toilet on this floor.

The last floor is rather intended for children or teenagers. You will find a sloping room equipped with 2 single beds that can be combined to 80x200, ideal for making 2 separate beds or a large double bed. Be careful, access to this floor is via a ladder, so this room is not recommended for young children.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
