The beautiful, 1993 newly built and completely renovated in 2011, thatched cottage Seagull is located in the unique resort of Lancken-Granitz on the 100-year-old Dorflinde. The three apartments are equipped to a high standard. For the house are 1 baby bed and 1 highchair available. The house has a 3-4 star level.   Surroundings: The Baltic Sea to the sandy beach in Binz is about 6 km, Sellin 4 km and Boddenküste 4km. The nearby forest, the Granitz attracts to beautiful walks.

Saubere, kleine Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Rasen

Wir waren über die gründliche Sauberkeit der Wohnung überrascht, das hatten wir selten. Zusammengefaßt lässt sich sagen, die Wohnung "Binz" im Haus 21a ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Das einzigste was etwas nervig war, und das ist in allen Ferienwohnungen so, sind die preiswerten Stecker-Elektrogeräte der bekannten Marken. Riesiger Deckel auf der Kaffeemaschine, so daß er unter dem Hängeschrank nicht hochzuklappen war und man die Kaffeemaschine immer an den Rand der Arbeitsplatte ziehen musste. Auch schmeckte der Kaffee jeden Tag anders, bei gleichen Kaffee-und Wassermengen. Warum man bei einer so schönen Küche mit Miele Einbaugeräten auf billige Netzsteckergeräte setzt, erschließt sich uns nicht. Privat kaufen wir schon lange nicht mehr diese billigen Geräte. Das ist Sparen am falschen Fleck. Auch fanden wir es nicht angenehm, dass die Gemeinde schon ab 9 Uhr früh von Mitarbeitern öffentliche Grünflächen mähen lässt, und auch mit der Motorsense dazu. Ein Heidenkrach am frühen Morgen, unglaublich! Das sollte man in einem ansonsten ruhigen und schönen Ferienort ernsthaft überdenken. Man will auch mal ausschlafen, man hat Urlaub.

Entspannung und Erholung

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Möwe , haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht . Das Haus Möwe ist ca. 8 min von Binz entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto gut zu erreichen. Wer also ein wenig abseits vom großen gedränge Urlaub machen möchte und dennoch schnell am Strand sein will, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
