Historical Downtown Flat
This historic and updated flat provides a great experience in Lakeview's downtown district. It's located on the second floor of one of the only buildings to survive the fire of 1916. It's a bit of history and a bit of class. A perfect retreat while being in the center of it all. Quick access to the park, community pool, bar, coffee shop, flower shop, bike shop, eateries and more. This is a one king bedroom and one bath flat has great space in all rooms. It has a laundry room as well as a good sized kitchen, living room, and dinning room. We allow up to four guests- although there is just one bed- we do provide a blow up mattress and bedding located in the laundry room closet. Please do not go out the back exit unless it is an emergency. Also- thank you for being respectful of the tenant in Flat B. Be sure to enjoy the three stage reverse osmosis filtered drinking water tap!
For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Other standard amenities include kitchens, washing machines, and dining areas.
