Warm and welcoming ADU apartment, located close to downtown (walkable) and right off the main highway 395. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. Large bathroom with shower only. Extra blackets and pillows provided. Outside porch has small table and chairs to enjoy.N umerous extra touches throughout apartment. Must stay! This is a downstairs apartment. It is accessed by a stairwell ( about 10 stairs).
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
