The check in was adequate. The front desk person was capable although I think could have chosen a better room for me. I had a feeling I was in a room that was surrounded by people who were living there which is fine but guess who are coming in should be put in a separate area. It was very noisy all hours of the day and night. One other big issue for me was the Wi-Fi it was non-existent. I could not even stream I had to use my mobile hotspot to even watch TV on my computer because I don't really watch TV on a big screen.

Zero stars Hotel will not answer phone repeatedly. Paid for deluxe. My room was disgusting, filthy, a/c worked sporadically, no tissue, door broken into wouldnt close all the way so deadbolt wouldnt lock. No microwave as advertised. Key stopped working everyday. New clerk said the other programmed it for everyday instead of my 3 day stay. Complained to original clerk, who slurred acted high said no other rooms available. Took shower, stepped off white towel onto floor then back onto towel...towel black with dirt. Fridge draining inside. Homeless hanging out 3 ft from my door. 2 doors down fire alarm tripped 4am called front desk repeatedly again no answers. Walk to room was like an alley...filthy, things leaky, dripping on head from above several areas. Nothing like photos or reviews!! Total false advertising. I want refund and apology. This does not reach quality of ANY motel6 i have ever been to. Disgusted with this and Hotels.com for promoting this hotel.
