Shower was lukewarm at best- told staff asap but was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Offered another room but husband needs walk-in shower; none available. Had to ask for tissues and hair dryer. Pop top tab and dirt on floor near bed when checked in. Bed wasn’t made several days when room cleaned. Toilet not cleaned every day. Breakfast was not good: Hot sausage and that was it. Hard boiled eggs & cereal. Only 1 fruit - bananas, and I’m allergic. Noisy hallway and outside window. Very disappointed in stay.

While the front desk was kind and understanding. Everything that was a problem though was just I would assume maintenance issues. It took an adult male to use both hands just to turn on the shower. The AC had something wrong with it and was releasing a bad smell into the room. The second day we changed rooms and the refrigerator was completely broken. It’s kind of an awkward layout for the hotel. There’s not a lot of space for bags except on the floor. I would not recommend staying here. It felt off for the price.

Someone heisted the carpet out of the room… i’m a business traveler… And I try to find a motel room that would most resemble that of my own room… Question; does the manager‘s room at his home have carpeting?… If so, then all the hotel rooms should have carpeting… Additionally, for 200 bucks a night I think the hotel should offer much much much more than it does… The room is antiseptic… Kind of like a nursing home

All of the staff were nice and courteous.The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could have been a bit better. Amenities in the bathroom were nice and lots of towels were provided. Cleaning was daily which was also nice. The only downside for me was the breakfast. I wished there were more options. Overall a nice stay for what I needed.
