An elegant hotel thats comparable to one in Manhattan, NY, at an affordable price. The interior is just as well maintained and within 7 minutes walk from Puno's bus terminal for those visiting Lake TitiCaca.

The hotel is 1 block away from central plaza. A lot of restaurants and tour guide places around. The area around it is not loud so you will be able to rest.

I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. The stuff was delightfully friendly and helpful, always there and always smiling. The room was lovely, with a sweet little niche with a table facing the big sort-of-french window - loved that bit! All the rest was great too. The breakfast good, again with a very friendly stuff. Nice Centric Hotel in Puno

Nice 3 star hotel within 1 block from Plaza de Armas. Building is old and breakfast could improve, but considering price this is an excellent option in Puno.

A real gem in Puno!

The Hacienda Puno Hotel is a gem in Puno. The service is very friendly, the condition is very good, the location is perfect, and is a real value for the cost. The breakfast is plentiful and included but the cost of the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive.

Friendly Staff

Extremely friendly staff. I arrived late and left early so I did not get to use all of the facilities. The staff prepared a nice boxed breakfast without me asking. Loved having an elevator and the room was larger than average. It took a while for the electric wall heater to warm the room but there were plenty of warm blankets already on the bed. My room had a bay window complete with desk. The street noise did not bother me but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street.
