Overall we had a wonderful time in Tahoe and the room met our needs for our trip. We appreciated the in-room spa tub after a long day of hiking in the cold. Our door hardware seemed loose which made it stick when we tried to open it. And the carpet could use replacing because it was torn in places. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the in-room amenities. The location was great and the room was clean. We would stay again.

Specifically booked and paid extra for a room with a hot tub and yes, it had one but it didn't power on. Tried everything, have experience with this and was broken. Main power was on but switch didn't feel right when pressed. No soap at the sink only shampoo in the shower and the TV remote didn't work at all. Front desk was useless when I complained and did nothing except say "I'm sorry". Although the room showed signs of heavy usage, it was clean, nice bed but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
