Sunrise Lane is the OG - the first home built by Hygge Supply. The home sits on a tranquil stretch of preserved wetland that leads to lakeside access to stunning Lake Leelanau. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to feel one with the outdoor surroundings. Views of tall tamarack trees, cattails, and wetland flowers greet you the minute you walk in the front door. The local wildlife thrives on this protected piece of property, so expect to see deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, and, if you're lucky, an occasional bobcat sighting.
This home has two bedrooms with queen beds. The master bedroom sits at the back of the house looking out towards the lake and has an En Suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The guest bedroom is located at the front of the house with a guest bathroom accessible from the hallway. The main living space of the house is an open concept with a chef's kitchen and long island, a living room with lots of seating, a large TV, and a dining table that can seat 6. A desk nook is tucked in the long main hallway that connects the two wings of the home.
A long raised path allows you to walk through the wetlands down to a patio area where there is seating and wood wood-burning fire pit. There is an extended dock with additional seating offered during the summer and fall seasons.
