Your suite has a dining space, cosy lounge seating, Samsung Frame TV, a well-equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
Suite 10 has a super-king bed which can also be split into 2 king singles - please advise on booking if you would like two singles.
The Kitchenette is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction hob, dishdrawer, Nespresso machine and high quality crockery and glassware to make meal prep easy.
Stunning views from all Suites, of either the Remarkables mountain range, surrounding hills or Coronet peak ski field, lends to the sense of escape and serenity of the alpine experience. Each suite has a guest controlled heating and air-conditioning system.
Access to the property is via a secure lock box which will give you a fob to access the building and an electronic key card for the door of your Suite. Clear, simple check-in instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival.

12th Avenue Suites is located in the newly developed precinct known as Kawarau Park, on the 1st floor of the Queenstown Centre of Medical Excellence, opposite Southern Cross Hospital and neighbouring Arvida luxury retirement village. This offers an excellent accommodation choice for those visiting the local community or people within the medical profession.
If you need a chemist, hairdresser, convenience store, Pilates studio or want to dine at the ever-popular 11th Avenue by Franks café/restaurant, all these are all in the same precinct and a 1 minute walk away.
Less than a kilometre away is The Hayes restaurant, bar and café. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave. RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.
