The AC works beautifully. The soft water is wonderful. This was my wife's first time staying here, my third. The place is so comfortable and the available parking for my boat is so convenient. I always enjoy staying here when I visit Lake Havasu.

Very nice place.

It was a good stay for us, but unfortunately, it was so hot in Lake Havasu that we couldn't get out and enjoy any activities. This wasn't the fault of the place we stayed of course, but we were thankful that the air conditioning worked very well as we spent most of our time indoors. The appartment was well-appointed, clean and had all we needed.

Excellent stay... Again!

This is my second time staying here at this property. Once again, I am very satisfied with the location, condition of the property and the ample RV parking that allows me to keep my boat on the premises. The AC works very well, it was 116 degrees this past weekend. I will be staying here again I'm sure.

My husband fishes Havasu throughout the year, it’s not easy to find a place to accommodate our bass boat because we need to charge the trolling motor. This was a great location with perfect boat parking. The owner was very responsive to my questions. My husband will definitely stay here again!

Great simple studio

Second time I have stayed here. Its simple with all the basics. They provide both a Kureg coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker along with coffee for both! I love this because I very much prefer drip coffee ocer the Kureg. The hosts are very accomidating and there is ample parking.
