The perfect get-a-way for Large or Small Groups

Cammie & Katelyn were awesome both in helping plan for and supporting us during our stay. Turns out the house had been recently and BEAUTIFULLY updated. Even had a new bedroom in the casita with a king bed. There was almost NOTHING that we needed to have brought for common use. Our hosts provided virtually everything for big gatherings. Literally pretty much any and everything was provided – daily household supplies, various indoor and outdoor toys & games, pool floats and…, about 30 (!) pool towels. The media room was well-equipped. There was an amazing array of kitchen supplies and hardware such as TWO Coffeemakers, TWO blenders, TWO toasters AND a food processor!! ALL our folks gratefully praised the placement of the bedrooms which could not have been better for providing everyone the privacy and quiet they needed when resting. We had 12 family there from 6 states ranging from Alaska to Kentucky and North Carolina – not counting a half-dozen friends showing up from the local area for a day visit to celebrate with us. Listen up folks: For a large or small group, the hosts’ preparations including cleanliness and provisioning of this house and casita was truly and unexpectedly exceptional-plus! Last, the BEAUTY (landscaping and infrastructure) and exceptional PRIVACY of the patios, pool and casita was appreciated and remarked by all. HATS OFF TO THE HOSTS!!

Great location, close to marina and town. Plenty of room for big group. House is beautiful with lots of amenities. Only complaint is the 10am check out is difficult with a large group.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving with the family

We spent thanksgiving here. And had ample room for 17 people. We did several things like hiking, chartering a boat on the lake, biking and we set up a mini pickle ball court on the basketball pad. The location was central to all of those things. Large grocery chains were close by. Katelyn, our host was great and very responsive to our issues.

Everything you need

This house was perfect for our large group! We especially loved the space at the pool area. The bedrooms were all nice sized and there were plenty of bathrooms stocked with lots of towels and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill had propane and backup (which hasn’t always been the case with other rentals for us), the garage space was nice to have also (part is being used by the owner’s boat). There is also a large casita with several bunk beds and a bathroom—perfect for our teen boys. The property host was very sweet and thought of everything. We did have an issue getting the hot tub to operate so we never got to use it. I gave 4 stars for the check in process. We had to meet with the property manager and have a walk through of the house/property which took 45 mins. I would prefer a detailed instructions binder instead. We just want to start our vacation :)

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The house had plenty of space, lots of seating areas and the kids absolutely loved the movie area. We went during a heatwave and it was nice to come back to a cool home off the Lake. The casitas was warmer than the house so the kids opted to sleep in the house. There was plenty of space to still bring in the kids without giving up any bedrooms.

Girls 40th Birthday Weekend

This house is amazing! Stayed here with 10 girls for a big 40th birthday weekend. Cammie and Katelyn were the most gracious hosts ever. Left us a sweet welcome basket and Katelyn showed us around when we checked in. The only thing I have to say about this property is the actual listing. The pictures do NOT do it justice. It is beautiful! Great place for a large group. Highly recommend this property!

I have to say the photos do not do this home justice (and the phots are pretty good). It was such a beautiful home. The rental agent was very communitive and got back to us quickly when we had any questions. The jacuzzi was always warm when needed. super clean. We will defiantly be coming back to stay.

Family Get Together

The house and property are really, really gorgeous. We used the movie room several times. The kitchen is phenomenol! Many dinners cooked right in kitchen. It was too chilly to use pool but hot tub was great. Close to several activities that we participated in. We would use this property again

Very nice accomidation. Problems with the spa but was taken care of immediatley. Pots and pans were dirty and cupboards and door hinges were coming apart on us. Still, very nice and would rent again

Wonderful property. All it was advertised to be.

What a wonderful property. Everything you could ask for was their. Comfortable in and out. We were so grateful we were greeted by the property manager to walk us through the home to make sure we understood how to operate the pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill.
