Excellent Property

Spent four nights with my adult children last week and we had a wonderful time at Cactus Ranch. The house is HUGE and very well-designed. There are beautiful details throughout the home. My family enjoyed movie night in the bunk room every night. The pool area is perfect and the garage/barn is full of games. The house has lots of cozy spots to relax. We enjoyed the house so much we barely left.

Lovely home for a large group!

We had a great long weekend at this property. There were 16 of us ages 1 to 80. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids were obsessed with the bunk room. Hosts were in constant communication and though we encountered no issues, I have no doubt they would have been responsive. We would have loved double ovens (kitchen was a bit small for our group size) but there was ample seating for meals, which is so hard to find in a rental. We also would have loved a gym in the open area downstairs. But a great stay and would definitely stay here again with a large group — when it’s warm next time so we can enjoy the outside areas more. And probably without my daughter, who is allergic to dogs. The property was very clean but we think recently had a dog in as her asthma really struggled. (We always run that risk in properties that allow dogs.) Have already recommended this house to another group we know traveling to Havasu soon!

Cactus Ranch Beauty

Our stay was amazing! We had family of 23 people ages from 80 to 3 youngest at 8 month old. This home had it all affording for much easier packing and travel for everyone! Cactus Ranch accommodated all of us without feeling we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their family comfortable. Additionally, everyone raved about the comfort of their beds and pillows,top quality on everything in the home. We thoroughly appreciated contact with our homeowner he touched based to make sure our stay was wonderful and if we needed anything. Super impressive and highly recommend the Cactus Ranch and enjoy your stay as much as our family!

2024 Family/friends Havasu trip

Upon first impression, the house is even better in person than in the photos ( which almost never happens ) Bobby and Shannon made the check in/ checkout process very easy and they were very accommodating as well. They put a lot of thought and detail into the house to make it feel like home. We brought our 5 kids, and they each brought a friend/significant other and we all had a blast! We can’t wait to come back next time!!!

Most amazing home EVER

We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals over the years and nothing compares to this home. It is gorgeous and sooo spacious for large families. Every single aspect of this home is top notch. The owners put thought and care into everything from designing this house to furnishing it and everything in between. Very very clean. My whole family enjoyed every single detail. Not only was the house and all the amenities first class, the communication with the owner and his desire to be sure everything was perfect for your stay was excellent. The best home EVER!!

Epic Havasu Mansion

We had 11 guys on a Bachelor Party stay at Cactus Ranch and had an incredible time. Vibes are immaculate in the party barn especially. Highly recommend booking this place if you’re looking to have a fun lake weekend with a big group. Bobby was really communicative and easy to coordinate with as well. Cactus Ranch is our go-to spot from now on if we come back to Lake Havasu!

This is an amazing property. We had a family reunion at this house with people 2 years old to 90 years old the owner was extremely friendly and very responsive to all our needs. The house accommodated all ages was very clean and had everything you could possibly need to cook. I will keep this place in mind fo next year’s vacation.

Amazing property

This beautiful property is very well maintained and thought out. Everyone in our group had plenty of space to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and game area. The host are wonderful and answered all of our questions and even helped us by purchasing a griddle when we asked if they had one available. We can’t wait to rebook this beautiful property again!

MOST PERFECT HOME!

25 of our family and friends, of ALL ages, gathered in this home for a celebration of life event in town. The home provided each family with their own room, bathroom and TV. The home was INCREDIBLY clean and VERY well stocked. They had towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies - everything you can think of! The home itself is well decorated, clean and has an abundance of entertainment for all ages. The kids and adults spent most of their time at the Cactus Ranch bar or down in the game barn and swimming in the pool or lounging on the sandy beach. We spent the evenings in the game barn or roasting smores by the fire (which, even s'mores were provided). There is plenty of covered parking for everyone as well. The owner is readily available and has great communication and even makes suggestion for local restaurants and entertainment. Our family doesn't frequent Lake Havasu very often, but we are thinking of coming back for a vacation, JUST to stay at the Cactus Ranch.
