Perfect home base for cold weather adventures!

Brand new, professionally maintained condominium within walking distance to the lake and downtown. Quiet location off of the busy main road but easy access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and all of the amazing activities the Lake George area has to offer. Fantastic amenities, close to countless hiking, biking, xc ski trails, shopping, and outdoor activities. 25 minutes to Saratoga, 35 minutes to Gore Mtn, 15 minutes to West Mtn. There are always tons of fun seasonal events in the area too!

Quiet, safe neighborhood

Digital key pad with personal access code for each group of guests for increased security.

First floor contains mud room and 2 car garage.

Second floor contains living and dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, outdoor patio, and bonus room with twin pull out couch. Kitchen has all basic cooking necessities and appliances.

Third floor contains primary bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom, second bedroom with 2 twin beds and second full bathroom, as well as laundry area and ample closet space. We provide clean sheets and towels for our guests.

**Please take note that a FULL FLIGHT OF STAIRS IS REQUIRED to access living area, and a second full flight of stairs is required to access bedrooms, so if you are traveling with very young children, the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues this may not be a good fit for you.

Security Cameras: There is 1 doorbell camera by the entry door facing the entryway/ parking area. This camera cannot see anywhere inside the condo, and is the only camera on the property.

The condo is just under a mile to Lake George village, and Uber is available in this area as well.
