The room given to me after booking on Expedia was horrible. It was in a corner. Absolutely no view. The shower was a fall hazard it was extremely slippery and the bed was so soft I woke up with a bad back.

The staff member went above an beyond when checking in. I made a mistake on my reservation and she help and stayed by me through the whole thing with Expedia. Parking and room are fantastic. Bathroom is brand new cleanest one I seen. Bed was great. It so nice I stayed another night with them

The key to my door did NOT work. Everytime I left the room I was locked out. The lock was so old and the key did not fit in the lock and was not easy to turn. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. There was no space at all to put down even a toothbrush without it falling onto the floor.
