You will be welcomed into 3 bedroom, 2 bath home by an open living/kitchen layout with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms and full bath are located on the main level with a master loft suite upstairs complete with 3 pc bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a small hobby farm. This home is located just minutes from Lake Echo beach, 15 minutes to Lawrencetown beach and Conrad's beach, 35 minutes to Martinique beach, and only 20 minutes to Dartmouth, Eastern Passage or 30 minutes to Halifax and close access to the Crowbar Trail System. This location offers the perfect mix of rest and relaxation along the stunning Eastern Shore and the convenience of enjoying the shops and sights of Dartmouth and Halifax.
