The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare light meals during your stay. You'll find a fridge, induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker, along with all the essentials for simple meal prep. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy it outside by the river, or use the shared BBQ area for an evening cookout.

The bedroom is complete with a queen-sized bed, twin bunk-beds and soft linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The property features shared access to outdoor spaces, including a dock for relaxing and swimming, a BBQ area, and a firepit.

With downtown shops, restaurants, and beaches just steps away, our motel provides the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty and local culture of the Cowichan Valley.

As part of our standard operating procedures, we require the following:

1. Identity Verification on day of Check-In
We ask all guests to complete a brief identity verification process on the day of check-in. This may include uploading a government-issued photo ID through our secure external system prior to receiving self check-in instructions. This is a common standard across hotels, motels, and professional accommodations in Canada.

2. Pre-Authorization Security Hold
We collect a 500CAD pre-authorization hold (not a charge) on the guest’s credit card through our secure payment processor 24 - 48 hours prior to check-in. This is not a deposit as no funds are withdrawn unless policy violations occur. The hold is automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no issues. These measures help us maintain a safe, respectful environment for all guests and ensure the quality of our property is protected
