It has nice ocean views and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager only communicated when she wanted funds because of a late check in (we were going to pay cash on arrival). Once the funds were received we had to reach out multiple times while flying all day to obtain check in details. Upon arrival we had to leave sensitive information on a desk and weren’t able to ask about late check out. There was no one around except the cleaning staff.

Nice place

Large 2-bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchen, and pool access. It was comfortable but could do with a few coat racks or places to hang our wet jackets.

We had economy twin room in the basement. Good shover and bed. There is a strong smell of mold and ventilation is very bad. The other problem is sound isolation. Someone had a check out at 6 am and we hear everything what is happening above up. This was horrible. The breakfast is simple but ok. I know they have other rooms with nicer view and I can only recommend for the host to do not provide this room to the guest at all, especially for this price tag. The place is attractive but our experience is disappointing.

Die Aussicht und Lage nahe Lajes waren super. Die Apartments sind schön und modern, allerdings gibt es keine gute Isolierung gegen Geräusche von draußen. Da dort eine Baustelle in der Nähe ist, war es morgens und tagsüber recht laut.

Eine sehr tolle, moderne Unterkunft, gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Nr 4 mit Whirlpool im Zimmer war extrem cool. Können wir sehr empfehlen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in der Laufweite. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr umfänglich, jedoch könnte in der Küche Essig, Öl und Salz nicht schaden. Leider klemmte die Badtür, dauernd kläffte ein Hund und das Frühstück war nicht zu ertragen, so das wir es nach dem 1. Tag ignorieren und im Nachbarort eine Kaffee aufsuchten. (Instandkaffee, leere Saftkarafen und ein undefinierbarer 0% Joghurt). Im Zimmer fiel der Putz von den Wänden und die Jalousien waren teilweise abgebrochen und funktionierten nicht mehr richtig.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Tage gebucht für 168€ und dann der Schock, kein Fenster! Für mich nicht vertretbar (in Matera/Italien ok, da es eine Höhlenwohnung war). Wir haben dann 87€ zugezahlt und ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen! Zimmer super und alles perfekt. Eine Ablage (kleines Bord) am Bett für den 2.Schläfer wäre gut. Mehr Haken im Bad für Handtücher. Die Außenbeleuchtung sollte Abends wenigstens bis 22 Uhr an sein, vielleicht besser Bewegungsmelder. Eine kleine Markise über dem Terassenfenster wäre gut und Pollhandtücher!

The place was nice and big enough for the 2 of us. The bed/mattress was bad/warn mattress. There were a lot, and I mean a lot, of bugs in the bathroom, especially in the evening they came out. Hopefully the accommodation is able to do something about that.

Apartamento espaçoso mas com pouca privacidade. A persiana elétrica tem que se baixar até ao chão para não se ver da rua. Cama confortável mas muito encostada à parede. A agua quente demora mais de cinco minutos a chegar. Não sei se não seria melhor repensarem e colocar um termoacumulador em cada quarto/apartamento. Assim é gastar agua e mais agua para nada. Pequeno almoço básico, mesmo só o essencial. Nem uns ovos mexidos sequer, Pedimos mas disseram que não faziam. Pelo preço igual aos hotéis de 4**** deviam ter mais variedade. Não ter recepção a funcionar também é um conceito que não gostei, até porque um dos cofres onde está a chave, não abria com o código que disseram, e a senhora teve que se deslocar lá.

Opzich een goed verblijf, echter doen de foto's wat mooier voor dan de orginele staat. Wel is alles schoon. Het ontbreekt in de basis benodigheden als een kapstok/kast om iets op te hangen, een fatsoenlijke afwasborstel en theedoeken om de afwas te kunnen doen etc. De honeymoon suite heeft een prachtige Jacuzzi, helaas was deze tijdens ons verblijf kapot. Hier kregen we op verzoek wel korting voor. Vanuit de accomodatie werd er niet naar oplossingen gekeken. Receptie is vrij weinig aanwezig, wel goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Ontbijt is minimaal, kan gevarieerder. Het zwembad en de faciliteiten buiten waren heel fijn!
