Lahinch is a great place to stay when touring the area, so the hotel wins primarily for location. It has a handy parking lot and is an easy walk to the beach (genuinely gorgeous) and the shops and restaurants that are right around the hotel.
The flaw we experienced was noise--the walls between rooms carry sound. This isn't a huge deal for me, but we had some very noisy neighbors.
Rooms were clean and well-appointed. Small, of course--I referred to the little table and chairs by the window as The Wedge because 2 people barely fit, but it was adorable when we got the chairs aligned just so.
We didn't explore any of the facilities or dining options in the hotel, but we liked our room and Lahinch overall.
