The Villa we were in was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would consider it high-end - furnishings and beds as well as towels and kitchen and dining equipments were all available. And drawers full of books! It’s a good reason to return to this property. The kids love the beach and the warm pools. Food snd beverage choices also exceptional.

Amazing and room 319 was gorgeous ! Everyone was so nice , loved the full kitchen. Our friends were in a much bigger and busier place called the Westin and we lived ours better! Very easy check in and loved the trolley pick up.

This is my 2nd time staying here was a great overall experience. Room was clean no bugs or little critters. Kitchen makes it easy to make your own meals to save money. Will definitely stay here again highly recommend

Tropical enclave delights!

We thoroughly enjoyed the low-key atmosphere and setting of Maui Kaanapali Villas. Extremely well-kept and lushly landscaped property, pool area and grounds lent a very relaxing and quiet setting for our trip-didn't want to leave the soothing venue! Quite a delightful alternative to the high-rise, loud and crowded alternatives that surround it. We will definitely return to this tranquil property.

Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. Ours had an updated kitchen with real stone counters, but the bathroom had old tile shower with cracking grout and mold inside the plastic hot/cold handles, and light covers were missing. Only real problem was that the AC doesn't work if the lanai doors aren't TIGHTLY shut. But the fan will continue to blow like everything is fine so you don't know there's a problem. We didn't figure it out until it got hot and then the AC was underpowered and unable to cool the unit down until well into the night. Pools were great, but they are oddly hot - about 89F. There's a "hidden" pool between the low buildings which only the adults seem to use so it's quiet. Restaurant is good and right on the beach although you can't see over the sand berm. Beach shack rents everything but you're going to pay many times just buying stuff at Costco.

Seemed to be a slightly older property compared to the other nearby resorts. However very well maintained and beautiful still. Only one dining option but very good food and drinks. Good overall amenities like free coffee and hospitality was good. Location is part of the complimentary trolley service. The pool and beach was great. Room was older like i said but full kitchen and soft bed. They provided room service by request. A great option if you want to save a little on the cost. They do charge an extra $40/night upon arrival tho.

Rooms are dated, but clean. My only “complaint” was a bank of loud air conditioning units were below my 3rd floor room and they were so loud 24/7 that being out on the lanai was unpleasant. One night the roar of the machines woke me up. That said, I was told they are temporary, awaiting new equipment.
