No internet and no steady power supply,,,NO diesel generator

The worst experience I have ever had in lodging, I lost weight from sweating due to the heat as a result of no air conditioner , no electricity, not internet,,, it was a nightmare... I was supposed to stay 7 day I didn't last past 3 due to this conditions, I had to pay another money to stay somewhere else where their is steady electrical power and or generator .. the communications with the owners and his or her manager was very poor, they have not empathy
